Dear Meta Support Team,
My name is Payam Baharivand, and I am the owner of the Instagram account [Payambaharivand] and the linked Facebook account associated with this email. My accounts were suspended on January 18, 2025, without a clear explanation.
After the suspension, I was asked to submit a photo for verification, which I did. I also submitted an appeal, but I have not received any response from your team since then.
Key Points:
• I had no involvement in any suspicious activity that led to the suspension. I believe my account may have been compromised due to unauthorized access.
• To ensure security, I have changed all my passwords and secured my email and account credentials.
• I have always followed Instagram and Facebook’s community guidelines and respectfully request a manual review of my case.
I kindly ask you to review my request and provide guidance on the next steps to recover my accounts.

We’re sorry to hear you are having trouble with your Facebook and Instagram accounts however we here on the community forums can’t assist you with this directly.
We can offer support for Meta Quest accounts or Quest device specific issues, but anything related to Facebook account issues we unfortunately don’t have the ability to help with.
