Instagram App Was Broken and Not Showing The Correct Page

Hello Team,

On 08/30, my Instagram account with ID online_captcha_to_work was suspended for verification. Later, I received an email from Instagram to upload my photo ID for verification. I did the same and waited.

On 09/03, I received the below email from Instagram.

"Your photo ID submission could not be accepted

We could not accept your photo ID submission on the account review that you submitted to us at this time. Please log back onto Instagram and upload a photo of your official ID. This could be a birth certificate, passport or other type of official identification. If you can’t see an option to upload an ID again, refresh your screen, log back in or start your app again."

By all means I tried in mobile and laptop to upload my photo ID again for verification. But it never showed me that option and I'm stuck here.

Instagram sends me an email to upload my photo ID, but I don't see that option to upload.

Please help me to fix this.

As much as we would like to provide assistance in this, we're afraid to say we here at Meta Store Support do not possess the relevant resources for the same. Thank you for replying to my query.

I went through all the things mentioned in the help page and I wrote multiple emails to Instagram support. But I never received any reply or a resolution for this problem.

If Instagram app is not letting me to upload after they send an email, how can I perform that step. Please forward this question to Instagram support and fix the app issue.

There should be an option to transfer this concern to Instagram support and look in to it.
