I need your help for this case. My instagram business account got hacked probably because of phising. The hacked changed the email address and now I can't access the account.
As you can see above, that's the email that the hacker changed into.
I try to recover the account by forget password or click the "No longer have access to these?" option and follow the instruction. So far so good until they asked to input the 2FA code or backup code which I NEVER set before. I try to go to support and later on they asked me to do a Face Video to confirm if I'm a human and is the owner of the account. But in the account, there's no picture of my face as it's a beauty product and Meta declined my request.
I later on try to do copyright report so Meta could delete the account. I have provide any proof that I'm the owner of the account by providing my ID Card, My Feeds Design in Canva, my selfie, even my Trademark Document Registration in my Country only to get this template reply by meta support in email.
I already provide the document needed, follow the instruction but no reply until NOW.
Does this Instagram Support team really working?? This is really stressing as the username of the business account already printed in the packaging for mass production!
I really need to get the account back. It's just only changed the email address by the meta team and problem solved, but how come this kind of thing is really HARD for them?
What should I do now?
