Hello Meta. My instagram account was hacked and then disabled. I have appealed and was denied. I have searched through the Instagram Help Center but there is no contact listed or option for support. I do not understand how I am able to restore my account when there is no way of contacting anyone within Instagram or Meta. I have owned my account for years and use it for connections with my dance business. This is extremely frustrating and I need help.
