My instagram was hacked using a Meta Horizon account. I am able to recover access to my instagram account through facial verification, but everytime I do, the hacker is able to lock me back out because my instagram and Meta accounts are linked and their logins are shared. The hacker is able to access my instagram account and change my password, email and phone credentials. I am not able to remove, delete or change any of their Meta account information because I don't have access to their email, phone number or 2FA codes. The hacker is sending cypto spam to all of my contacts and Instagram is about to deactivate my account.
