Hello, my instagram account was hacked and a foreign Meta Horizon account added. It has been over 24 hours since contacting Meta Support and as of yet, there has been no response from the Accounts Team to assist in reclaiming my own account.
This is such a travesty, that they don't take your privacy and sensitive data seriously enough. This should be instantly escalated. The same thing happened to me with my Discord account. Discord "Trust & Safety" team did absolutely nothing. When they did get back to me, it was too late, and the hacker had deleted my Discord account.
