Instagram Hacked

 I’ve had my instagram hacked by a meta verified user. He managed to surpass and get rid of my 2 step verification, he got rid of my email address and added there’s disconnected my linked accounts and removed my phone number. I also can’t seem to use my backup codes. Ive tried the faq’s on the instagram page they’ve been no help. Apparently instagram can let you submit a video of yourself if you have photos of you on your page but it doesn’t let me do it when I report it at hacked. Can one of the admins please help me and give me advice??

We’re sorry to hear that your Instagram account was hacked, however as community managers we aren’t able to assist you with this directly.

We can help with Meta Quest related issues but unfortunately we lack the ability to assist with Instagram account issues.
