Instagram account got hacked using an unauthorised meta horizon account

 Help! My IG account was recently hacked and now I cannot remove the fake Meta Horizon account as it is linked to an email address that I did not create. I read online and this email is a typical scam account as it is oletters.com. 
 Every time I try to remove it, IG requires me to enter a confirmation code sent to that oletters.com email!

I have tried reporting it on the link you provided before, and numerous times too but it doesn’t help with removing this hacker from linking his meta horizon account to my IG. 

Please help. I do not feel safe having an unauthorised meta account linked to my IG account.

I can understand that how important is it for you whatever you should try other ways to remove the account , if you don't get any solution then you should contact with meta support team and they also maybe want some documents for identifying that you are the real owner of the account.

how can you contact with meta support team?

for contacting with meta support team you need to go business support home (you can got it in business help centre) then need to click still need help button then input necessary information and after that you need to wait 10-15 minutes then a meta representative will connect with you via live chat.......

I managed to remove the hacker’s Meta account from my IG after getting in touch with meta support. After submitting some screenshots, Meta was able to confirm my identity and suspended the hacker’s meta account. Meanwhile an existing meta quest user submitted a report against the hacker’s meta account for impersonation. Then the frauds team contacted me within 48 hours to inform me that the unauthorised account had been removed from my IG!
