My Instagram account was hacked and now I cannot access my Facebook. and the person who changed my Instagram account or is using my email with this name doesn't follow the rules. This is not me, perhaps they have linked this name now to my Facebook. Someone has hacked me and I desperately need help. I have taken 15 years growing my facebook and 10 years on my Instagram accounts and cannot just lose them like this., There is no email support for Meta and this is very frustrating.
