Instagram account is hacked using fake Meta Horizon account

On 20/11/2024, I got logged out of my own Instagram account, with the username pujasroyy, for the first time. Within a few minutes of this shocking realization, I noticed that the hacker had already posted cryptic and misleading stories on my profile. Surprisingly enough, this was preceded by a series of emails from Instagram, regarding unauthorized log-ins and password change. However, none of those actions were made by me. On scrutiny of the matter, I concluded that my Instagram account had been hacked, and all my account details, including my mobile number, email address, and password had been changed by the hacker. As of 7 pm today 21/11/2024, I have been able to log in to my account just once, using the final option of identity verification with the help of 2 friends who were asked to approve that it indeed was me trying to log in. As soon as I was able to log in, I changed all the details, including the email address, password, and mobile number. However, this did not last long as the hacker had already synced my original account with their fake Meta Horizon account and enabled Two Factor Authentication. As a result, when they became aware of the login made by me, they reverted all the details to what they had initially used. Given the above, it is requested to kindly look into the matter and inform me of the steps that are to be taken to lock out the hacker from my account and prevent them from gaining access to it in the future.
