Hello, so essentially what happened was I received a notification about suspicious activity and then was promptly locked out of my main instagram account due to security reasons, meaning I have to go through to factor authentication to get back into my account. The issue however comes to the fact that the email listed as the only option to send the code to is not my email, I have all of my accounts attached to my Facebook through Meta and I have all of the email/phone number I originally used to create the account. I need to get my data from that account but cannot do so because of this, I have tried filling out a privacy rights request form before failing the facial video recognition (even though I am in the profile picture and almost every picture on that account) and the *Choose file* option does not work for me whenever I try to put in a file it does not work. I have access to my account (The email and phone number attached) besides the two factor authentication email which I did not put in nor do I own. I need my data downloaded from said account for privacy (compromisation) and personal reasons.

Same exact thing has happened to me when I purchased a new phone 2 weeks ago. Literally, there is no help anywhere to be found.

No because everybody’s saying to go to the help center, but the help center doesn’t work it only takes you in a circle, not to mention the fact you have to pay for any type of live/chat support (through verification).
