My instagram account was hacked and is controlled by a meta account with the hackers ‘letters.com’ email which I am powerless to change. I am reporting this several times a day and instagram support isnt responding even though the information and chain of activity is clear to see (I am UK based and a Nigerian hacker is in my instagram). If instagram wont help can meta, this is frustrating and unsettling? Is there a department or person I can message please?
