Instagram hacked by unauthorized meta account, email & number changed and 2FA added! Can't access!!

Hi MetaQuestSupport and others with guidance,

My Instagram has been hacked this afternoon 27/02/25 12:00pm UK time, it's all a bit terrifying,

1. Unauthorized access from a Meta Horizon Account with a name I don't recognize

2. The hacker also changed my profile from private to public, which I managed to change back just before I was booted off, this is a huge invasion of my privacy as now many requests that I had yet not authorized or refused access are now following my account

3. The hacker changed by password, email (it's not been changed to an outlook which I've never had)

4. The hacker also added their own 2FA and 8 number code so I definitely cannot access 5. Whenever I try to use the 'video verification', the email doesn't come through with a code, so I cannot send a video of myself as that option isn't available

6. The hacker has also posted on my story and posts with investment promotions I haven't authorized

7. My account is also not accessible from the accounts manager on Facebook.

8. Anyone who comments on the post informing others of the hacking, they are instantly blocked, I fear that the person has taken full control of the account and can read my private messages.

I did reach out to support@instagram.com but I haven't heard back, and I'm reading a lot that they don't normally reply at all, so I am reaching out to multiple forums in the replies, apologies, the Instagram help center also is of no use as I've exhausted every possible option

A solution to this would be greatly appreciated, a hack like this has never happened to me before and it's quite terrifying knowing someone has access to my account that I cannot delete, I've also sent a private message so hoping to hear from the team soon,
