Instagram hacked using meta security wall

This person GlowingBandicoot4055, hacked my instagram and made the fake meta account GlowingBandicoot4055 by the m4xvmyu@s3k.net. This person GlowingBandicoot4055, currently has full access to my Instagram account, and I cannot delete the account off of my Instagram because this person Glowing Bandicoot4055 used another email/ phone/password for the Meta account GlowingBandicoot4055.

This person has taken my personal number off of Instagram and message me personally trying to extort/scam me directly.

I need this account deleted and removed from my Instagram. I am willing to prove my identity if necessary..

I don’t know why it’s so hard to do something so simple. I report the profile, GlowingBandicoot4055. Instead of asking why Meta is like Oh, we looked into the profile and saw nothing and we made our decision. Instagram has no response other than getting my profile back, but I can’t delete the Meta account off my Instagram for nothing. I can’t even have the option to say this is not my account. 

I’m so confused. It’s like these companies want us to get hacked.

Meta, I need this taken care of now!

The way they do it is they hack your Instagram by sending you a link on Instagram making it seem like it’s Instagram.You click the link and somehow someway they have all your information to be able to take over your Instagram or Facebook because it’s all the same thing. Once they do that, they change your password, phone number and email And lock you out of your Instagram Instagram takes days to respond to these threats and once you get your account back to further lock you out, they create a meta account And kick you out of all your other accounts. I’m guessing so that they can make purchases in people name, I don’t know. But based on the lack of security, Meta has in the override purposes. I don’t see this being a safe app at all. Because I’m trying to delete the app off of my Instagram Instagram is saying you need to log into the Meta profile to be able to delete it and me don’t have an option to say if this is not you Contact us. Instead, it’s like you’re out of luck sorry, not sorry.
