about a week ago, i logged out of my instagram account that I have been using for many years now, i tried to login to my account again but its sending authentication code to a number that i cannot access anymore. I even tried the backup codes that I have but its not working and i cannot have new backup codes. I have access to the email that is linked for this instagram account and I know the username and password. I have sent several times the video verification and i didn’t have any response from instagram till now, they only reply after I send the email that they have received my request and it will take few business days .
