Instagram was hacked using an unauthorised meta horizon acct

My account was hacked but somehow I managed to changed the password but by then the hacker had added his meta horizon account which Im not able to remove please help to remove. It feels so unsafe . There is no way to contact to Instagram support. I tried every possible way but not able to remove. Please remove that account

Yes . It was solved by meta quest support. You write to them in personal message

I've tried everything on my end. They're simply redirecting me from one place to another. 
I'm tired of this mess by now. I've lost access to everything, and as if that wasn't enough, the hacker is personally sending messages to people on my behalf. 
I can't digest how Meta Support could exhibit such a lack of professionalism in dealing with this sensitive matter.
