My instagram account was hacked and they immediately changed the security settings to their email address and a meta account. I can still place my mobile number but when the code comes through it says I have entered it too many times. I have been on the Instragram help page but it keeps taking me in circles. How can I get my account back? I can see from other phones that it is still there, but I can not access it as owner. Please help. I am desperate.
