I'm getting the same error. All i wanted to do was play a game with my DK2, and now i have to go through all this trouble because there's no more separate runtimes pre-1.3. Ugh.
I don't have McAfee installed and still have this error 😞 [Error] [28/03/2016 18:31:29] Process C:\Program Files (x86)\Oculus\Support\oculus-runtime\OVRServiceLauncher.exe exited with code -559034355.
