Internal battery does not charge 100%

Even leaving Meta Quest 2 charging after the green light comes on, the internal battery does not charge to 100%. The external battery charges 100%. I've had Meta Quest for just over a year. Is this a common problem?

I found out what's really going on.
My Oculus Quest 2 is charging 100%, yes, but if I unplug it from power it starts to lose charge, even off.
 
For example:
I charge it 100% (100% on internal battery and 100% on external battery, official strap)
I turn off the Oculus Quest 2
I disconnect the power cord
After a few hours I put the Oculus Quest 2 on my head, turned off
It appears on the screen that the external battery is at 89% and the internal at 100%
The same happens with the internal battery, if I only use it.

Hey there @DonnovanBR! Thank you for reaching back out. Please make sure that when you are turning the device off you are not just putting the device into sleep mode. The device will use a small amount of battery power while in sleep mode. In order to fully power down the device you must hold the power button for 30+ seconds. I tried to press the power button for 30 and 30+ seconds, the Headset turn off and then turn on again.
I tried the link but there is no option for my problem.
