Internet connection fails after being away worh my headset for a while.

I have recently left home with my headset yo go hang out with a friend. I came back the next day and reconnected my headset and now internet connection is refusing to work. Internet with other things like my phone works just fine but for some reason my its specifically my headset. It says I'm always connected the internet, yet it kicks me out of games anyway. I've tried turning in internet from my headset for a short amount of time and even deleted the internet network and re-put it into my headset and nothing seems to work. It disconnects way to often. It's to the point where by the time I log into Pavlov Shack, I immediately disconnect making me forced to log back in where the same thing will happen again.

Hey there, @Wyldwill We see you're headset isn't staying connected to the Internet. We know some of the best games on the headset are online only so we're happy to help you hop back in! First, we'd suggest power cycling your modem and router. To do this:

 

  1. Unplug your modem and router (if it's a single device this is fine you'd just unplug the 1)
  2. Leave unplugged for 60 seconds.
  3. Plug in your modem and let it fully boot up and re-establish connection, then plug in the router.

This flushes out some of the data and can help improve Internet connection for all devices that connect to it. If this fails, we'd need you to reach out to us directly via a PM. The other steps we have will need to be done in private for your security. Please let us know if this helps.
