The issue is with the process OVRServer_x64.exe. This is the Oculus Runtime service which can be turned on & off in services.msc. I have found reinstalling the Oculus driver momentarily stops the handle count from running away, but the issue returns within a couple of days.

This issue did not begin until after the Windows 10 service pack or whatever that was within the last month or so.

I have found others with similar issue but no targeted solution. What can I try? I would like to avoid a full reinstall of the OS, it shouldn't be needed...
