The new Iron Man game is supported on the Quest 2 and the Quest Pro, since the Quest 1 is a bit older, it isn't a supported platform for this game. You should be able to get a refund for your purchase by using the self serve auto refund option! I'll list the steps for this below:
Open the Meta Quest Mobile app on your phone.
Tap Menu in bottom right corner.
Tap Settings.
Tap Purchase History.
Select the content you'd like to request a refund for.
Tap Request Refund.
Follow the on-screen instructions to request your refund.
