Ironman download

Hi I have just purchased Ironman and it won’t download keeps on saying retry and not working. Please advise what to do. Thanks

Are these the steps you took to download the game?

To download new content from your headset:

1. Press on your right controller to pull up your universal menu.
2. Select Store .
3. Select what you want to download.
4. Select the price to buy it, or select Free if it’s a free download.

To download new content from your phone:

1. Open the Meta Quest app and tap Store from the bottom menu.
2. Tap what you want to download.
3. Tap the price to buy it, or tap Free if it’s a free download.

If so, please attempt these steps and try again.

• Uninstall and reinstall the Meta Mobile app
• Reboot headset
  • Power off the headset.
  • Press and hold volume down & Power
  • This will boot into the USB Update Mode menu.
  • Press volume button to move selection, press power button to make the selection
