I have placed several help tickets with trying to get my account fixed. Meta has refused to correct the issue causing me to not be able to use my account and access items I have purchased. They keep giving generic responses however it has been over a month now.
anyone else having this issue and interested in starting a class action law suit for not being able to use items that you have purchased. Hit me up as I will be more than happy to bring this to an attorney with enough people experiencing the same issue.

No, as long as I'm polite and answer their questions, and follow their instructions, I've never had any problems with Oculus/Meta support. I've owned every one of their headsets since getting my Rift cv1 ~6 years ago. One thing to keep in mind is that if you are not getting a timely response, simple reply to their initial support ticket email. If you don't do this, and start another support ticket, this tends to delay your original ticket unnecessarily. Anyway, that's been my experience.

I have made several attempts to reach out to the initial ticket with zero help. It’s a simple change of birth date on my account. Something they give you the option to do however it won’t allow me to do it on my own and they are refusing to fix it. Several of my games are locked as the birth date error put my account into “junior” status. I have reached out for help in here with the typical automated and scripted response of “we’re working on it” however it has been well over a month now with zero contact on the original ticket.

@Dascoggs Sorry but needing to change your account birthdate sounds a bit suss, lol! You probably need to supply proper ID to do this. This is often hard to do on many platforms, not just Meta. Obviously the best thing is to supply your correct details to begin with. Anyway, good luck sorting this out mate.

I could care less how “suss” it sounds, it doesn’t change the fact that they are refusing to assist me with this issue. Even if they wanted ID to prove DOB, they haven’t even asked for that. They have given zero response on my ticket with ways to mitigate the issue.

I have sent a private message and your response continues to be “we’re working on it.” Yet I haven’t heard anything on my ticket as to what you’re “working” on. A simple request for ID verification would be a simple solution to correct this issues and get the accounts adjusted and corrected. Why it takes over a month and counting to get information on what’s being done to fix this is beyond me in this digital age from the leading digital company in the world.
