Subject says it all. I left a review and later requested a refund, but then noticed the review was full of grammar issues, so tried to delete it and found I couldn't even though there is an option in the menus to do it.

Actually I think this is a bug or a disconnect between your user interface team and your database team.
When you request a refund on a game, you can no longer post a review or edit your review, and these options disappear from the user interface on the Meta phone app. However the option to delete the review is still available on both the phone app and on the headset itself. As it turns out however, after you request a refund, you can no longer delete a previously posted review either.
The game was only $10, so I repurchased it as an experiment, and was then able to delete the review. I didn't bother requesting another refund. Next time I'll know better.

Hey there, @Occupunk! Oculus does not guarantee that you will have any recourse through Oculus to edit or delete any content you have submitted. Ratings and written comments are generally posted within two to four business days. Are you trying to edit a review through the Meta Quest Store/Browser (through the headset), the Meta Quest mobile app, the Meta Quest PC app, or the Meta Digital Webstore? If you're having trouble submitting the edit, we recommend the following:
If those do not work out, let us know so we can help out more! It'd also help if we could get a screenshot of the page you're viewing when the blue ring spins forever.
