Heyhey,
was out of the VR game for years, didn't have access to my old mailadress for about the same time, and now I come back and my Quest is forcing me to create a Meta Account.
Ok, not cool, but I can do that. I go, create a Meta account, and when I enter the number on the meta.com/devices page, it says the number is connected to a deleted account.
I assume Meta deleted all Oculus accounts at some point? In my country, that's not even legal. I couldn't find any support mailadress for meta, so I am trying it here.
I am more than angry, as I have been asked to bring it to a Childrens Birthday on the weekend. Anything I can do to retrieve my old games? (Until then, or in general)
I don't even dare to log into the quest with a meta account and rebuy some games for the kids, as I assume it will wipe all data or something. The headset itself says that there are still apps installed, but I can't access anything.
