Is my lost Quest 2 controller covered by warranty?

Hey there,

I own a Meta Quest 2, I recently lost my left controller and I bought warranty. Does warranty cover the lost controller?

Hey @jackthenewgamer,

Your device warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship. For example - if your controller randomly stopped tracking one day during the warranty period, you'd be covered.

Any accidental damaged caused by the user, or events such as loss and theft, are unfortunately not covered.
