Every time that I go in my Oculus quest 2 it says that Facebook FaceCam cannot respond or Oculus FaceCam cannot respond and then when I click on app info or if I do not click on anything at all the screen will zoom out and then get real close then the screen will turn green then red and then it will disappear and then my screen is just green and red I don't know if my Oculus got hacked cuz I was trying to Play bone lab and I was downloading approved mods and then my headset dies when I charge my headset and I turn it back on that's when the problem started please help.
Hey there @vortex1302! It doesn't seem like a hack to me, perhaps a file got corrupted when the headset died while downloading mods. Whether it was hacked or not, I suggest taking the safest route and doing a factory reset on your device. Happens to me often... Also, the hands that appear are making inappropriate movements while my controllers are still visible. It's pretty obvious that someone else is in VR. Additionally, I see two different logins on Messenger's end-to-end encryption at one- or two-minute intervals, both from Oculus, but only one of them is listed as the active device.
