I am freaking out i got multiple messages that my quest 3 was low on storage so i thought "ok i will go delete somethings" but then it started lagging and crashing. I factory reset it but this is not fixing it it stays on black screen with 3 dots then if i dose load i get to the part where you put in Wi-Fi password but them the pass through goes black the the screen starts moving with my head movements then is just doesn't update i have no idea what to do it was working fine i have done multiple factory resets before and everything was fine but this time its not fine if someone can help me i will be over the moon this headset means the world to me

If a factory reset doesn't fix it, contact support to have it replaced under warranty.

Yeah will do welp i think there is nothing more to do its just why doesn't it have reserved space for functions like starting up i would have freely deleted things😭

A factory reset clears everything so if that hasn't worked, lack of storage isn't the underlying problem.

i got it to half work but know it keeps saying tracking lost and controllers vibrate

okay so i got to a point where in the virtual environment it works but as soon as i switch too mr (mixed reality) it keeps saying lost traking
