Is there an adb command to turn on the youtube chat window?

I am really liking having the Youtube Chat option when I stream, but I find it very limiting that I must be streaming to the web browser to activate it.

Would be amazing to use beta cast and youtube chat for the best experience for my viewers.

Any cheat codes/methods to just have that Chat window be on?

Currently, to view the chats through VR, it would require casting from the headset to the desktop, as outlined in the steps here. While there is no setting that is available to adjust this, we would recommend posting on the ideas forums. Unfortunately, that is to cast to a browser and not a desktop.
