Hello. Does anyone know any options for getting Facebook customer support? My Facebook account was suspended for reportedly violating their Community Standards for child exploitation (impossible - I rarely use Facebook except for scrolling or liking occasional things - I do use Messenger to chat with my grandkids, not sure if something triggered something with AI?? Weird.) I filed an appeal, but when I log into Facebook now it seems to be stuck on the "You submitted an appeal" screen. It says appeals are reviewed within 1-2 days, it's been almost a month. I've sent multiple email requests for help to appeals@fb.com; support@fb.com;disabled@fb.com and have never received a single reply back. I understand there is absolutely no phone or chat support, is that correct? I feel totally helpless and wrongly accused. I hate losing my Facebook account because I also have a Facebook page with over 7k followers that I've built up over the years with tons of beautiful morning beach sunrise pics. Does anyone know how to get support? Or is it simply nonexistent? Thanks for any input anyone can provide.
I'm also experiencinga similar issue with Facebook disabling my account due to account integrity. I also have emailed those same addresses for support, but to no avail. Keep this updated
