Is this Facebook email real

I got this email saying my account was about to be deleted, but when I go to view the actual text, theirs nothing, so I go to check the actual email address and it’s a forwarded email

I just got that exact email and it was blank

I just got the same mail telling me to take action to not get my account deleted.
When i open it, its completely blank.
Im also here to check if its a scam 🙂

I made a post about it on here too and someone found this https://www.reddit.com/r/MetaQuestVR/comments/1axnggk/meta_sent_an_email_saying_my_account_would_be/  which seems like it could be why (the reply about transferring accounts in comments)
