Hello everyone. I came here to ask a very important question, so a few days ago i dropped my headset from like 3-4 feet from the ground and every time i turn it on it works fine, but before i could do anything. It gets stuck on the password screen, controllers aren’t connecting either but rather, when i move my head so does the password screen, im not able to use my controllers because of this but i just wanna know if this is possible to fix because I have a lot of progress on my modded beat saber and i would love to keep everything i have and i don’t wanna use another headset but this one.
@AquaBettr unless you disabled cloud backup on your headset, then it should still be on as it's the default setting. so hopefully your game saves will be backed up. First try a hard reboot of the headset, and if that fails your only other option id to do a factory reset. Unfortunately you may lose the mods.
Is the headset still in warranty. You may be able to get a replacement if it still doesn't work properly after the factory reset. Having said that, retailers are under no obligation to replace it as it's not a headset fault as you broke it by dropping it.
