Hey, I am having an odd issue where the Meta Horizon App is not compatible with my phone, a ZTE Smartphone Blade A7 2020. It's OS is Android V9 and according to the Apps' speccs, it requires V5. I am in Germany.
I have made sure the phone's OS is up to date, restarted it, checked the internet connection, restarted the app store, made sure enough storage was free and even used my desktop browser to try and install the app via selecting my connected phone -- without success. Even on my desktop I receive the message that the device is not compatible with the version of the app.
