As the title says, I've had issues connecting my Oculus Quest 2 to anything outside of the wifi. I have restarted the Oculus and my PC several times with no luck in resolving the issue. I redownloaded the PC desktop app and that didn't help either. I even went as far as to factory reset the headset. Unfortunately nothing at all has worked. I can't get it to connect to my phone or my PC when it would do so flawlessly in the past.
My PC specs are: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700KF CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz
I'm not entirely sure how to get more specific than that. I'm far from tech savvy so I apologize if this isn't enough information.

Alright good news is that the support staff helped me finally figure out what was wrong with it!
For anyone in the future having this issue, go to C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Oculus\Airlink and delete it. Then go to the Oculus PC app, setting, go to beta, and then restart oculus. That fixed the problem for me and it might for some of you in the future!

@the115project I assume you’re trying to do PCVR with Air Link, but you don’t say this. Nor do you list your PC specs and router/WiFi 5Ghz setup. Kinda hard to suggest anything when you don’t include these details imho.
If everything was all working well with Air Link recently but all of a sudden doesn’t, even after taking a few troubleshooting steps like it looks like you’ve done, I suspect your issue is network related. Maybe you’re getting too much WiFi interference from things like too many other 5Ghz users or maybe you’ve incorrectly set your router to auto channel and/or haven’t disabled 2.4/5 band steering. You could also be getting interference from Bluetooth devices like BT speakers. Also try to disconnect any unnecessary usb devices.
Sorry, all I can think of. You may also want to try using the Quest store version of Virtual Desktop and/or try using a usb3 Link cable. Otherwise I suggest you contact Meta Support including your log files and see if they can identify the source of your problem. Good luck mate and cheers.

Added the specs to the original post since I forgot to prior.

You should also include your GPU (for example, nvidia rtx3070). Also your router specs and if you have your PC connected to it using Ethernet cable (which it should be). If you can't figure out how to find specs maybe ask your neighbors 10yo kid to help you. Just kidding, lol! Otherwise contact Meta Support and ask them for help. Sorry but there's nothing more I can add mate so I'll sign off.
