I am experiencing an issue while playing PC VR games using the Meta Quest Link. The game often freezes, and when it unfreezes, the head tracking behaves erratically. This problem occurs very frequently in Hard Bullet, although I have noticed rarely it in other games as well.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I appreciate any advice or solutions you can offer

Hi @jmontecinosm
There could be various things that would be causing freezing/stuttering. Although, with the added issue of your head tracking moving erratically afterward points toward a possible connection issue as it sounds like a sync issue between your PC and headset.
Here are a few things worth checking for connectivity:
:right_arrow: Ensure that you are using a wired internet connection. If you are using wireless, ensure that your router is Wi-Fi 6 compatible.
:right_arrow: Ensure that your link cable is plugged into a USB 3 port.
:right_arrow: Ensure that there are no devices or background programs on your network bottlenecking your bandwidth.
If this issue is not caused by your connection, the next point to look at is your PC specs.
As Hard Bullet is a physics-based game, it can be pretty intensive on your CPU.
Recommended specs for Hard Bullet:
If your own specs match or surpass these, we would then look at your system cooling. Freezing and stuttering is generally a good sign of overheating.
Check your core temps while your system is under load.
Note - CPU temps between 80°C - 95°C are fairly safe while gaming. If you notice your CPU temp spike higher while playing Hard Bullet, you may have to assess your cooling situation.
With all that being said, it's worth noting that Hard Bullet is still in early access; you must expect performance issues, crashes, and other unpredictable issues with early access games.
We hope this info has helped and hope that you can get back to gaming smoothly!
Happy gaming!
