I'm experiencing an issue where all Oceania VR content within MetaQuest TV is not showing up. When I download content through cache, I only get audio while three dots keep repeating infinitely. No video is displayed at all.
After searching on Reddit, it appears this is likely an account issue, and the MetaQuest support team has reportedly resolved it for others.
Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? Or does anyone know how to fix this?
I'm looking for a quick solution, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
