Hello everyone,
Since the last update to my controllers, I've been encountering a frustrating issue with my Quest 3. When my controllers go into sleep mode, I can’t reactivate them, whether I’m using PC VR or standalone mode. The headset still detects the controllers, and I can even see the battery level.
However, I’m unable to use them.
The only solution I’ve found so far is to remove and reinsert the batteries, which is very inconvenient in the middle of a game.
I’ve tried looking for a way to factory reset my controllers, but I haven’t found anything that works. Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any solutions to suggest?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi. From the Meta app, unpair the controllers and pair them again. I had a similar problem with only the right controller a few days ago and doing what I say until today it didn't happen again.

Hi Dex_u,
Thank you for bringing these concerns about your controllers to our attention! We definitely want to make sure your controllers are working as they should, so we'd love to work with you to get to the bottom of this.
We see that you already had a suggestion about unpairing the controllers and to pair them again, which can definitely be a solution to the problems you are having. If you want to know how to do this, you can have a look at the following link with more information.
There are also a couple other things you can try if the unpairing and pairing do not resolve the problem.
We hope this is able to help you with resolving the problems with your controller but if not, just let us know!
