I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out because I am currently facing an issue while trying to log in to my account. After entering my username and password, I am supposed to receive a WhatsApp and/or SMS verification code to complete the login process. However, despite multiple attempts, I have not been receiving the code.
Instead, I constantly receive an error message stating, "We are unable to send the code. Please try again after a few minutes." This has been ongoing, and I am unable to proceed with my login or verify my account.
Could you kindly assist me in resolving this issue at your earliest convenience? I would appreciate any guidance on how to troubleshoot or resolve this problem.
