Issue with VR Device After Factory Reset

Dear Meta Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to report an issue with my VR device. After using the device for about four months without internet connection, I decided to perform a factory reset due to a lack of updates. After completing the factory reset, the device gets stuck on a white screen when it attempts to complete the updates and enter the operating environment. I also tried to force an update through the Meta Quest website, but the issue persists.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. Please let me know if any additional information is required from my end.
