Issue with login on meta quest 2

We have had the occulus a while and when setup was in my son's name but with my fb and email.  There is a problem with login now as its asking proof of age over 13 (my son is 11) so cant but i cant verify id as its in my sons name.  Have been informed account will be disabled if not verified.

So tried to create a new account but cant connect it to the occulus.  In a bit of a muddle. Please can you help/advise

create a new account for yourself and set your son's account as "parent manged account".

Hi,

My son has a similar issue. He is 13, but the age verification didn't work. Now he cannot login.

Instead he is prompted to go to the account centre. And there you are asked to login (which is impossible).

How can we activate the account again? I have not found any place to contact support.
