I was trying to deal with an issue of not being able to connect to pop1 servers by factory resetting my headset. I tried to reset via the app, however it continuously said it was unable to connect, despite me being able to open apps on the headset via the meta horizon. I then factory reset the headset, but was unable to complete setup as meta horizon refused to connect to my device. I don't want to delete my account, as I have previously bought apps on it, and I am not sure if that would resolve the issue.

Hey there, @Orangeatang! We want to help get you back into VR, so let's work together on this! You do not need to delete your account, so don't worry about that. It sounds like the current issue at hand is you're not able to set up your device due to it not being able to establish a connection. To start, can you clarify exactly what is not connecting? Is it that the app and headset are not pairing? Also, do you experience any error messages? Please provide us as many details as possible, so we can investigate further!
