I'm contacting you because my Facebook account has been blocked recently, and after checking, it appears that this issue is related to an Instagram account linked to my Facebook, even though I am not the owner of that Instagram account.
I would like to clarify that:
I never intentionally linked that Instagram account to my Facebook.
I do not recognize this Instagram account, and it does not belong to me.
This may be a mistake or possibly a malicious act (such as hacking or identity theft).
I kindly ask you to:
Investigate the link between these two accounts.
Remove or unlink this Instagram account from my Facebook.
Reactivate my Facebook account or allow me to access it again.
I’m willing to provide any necessary information to verify my identity.

This is exactly the same problem I’m experiencing right now—I was about to post the same thing.
I’ve been logged out of my Facebook account and can no longer access my Meta Quest VR. When I try to log in, it says my account is disabled due to a violation by an Instagram account I don’t even own. To appeal, it asks me to log into that Instagram account—which makes no sense!
I’ve tried reporting the issue to Meta as a hacked Facebook account, but that doesn’t work either because the account is already disabled.
For the past two days, I’ve been trying to find a human from Meta’s support team to talk to, but I keep getting automated responses. Every suggested solution has failed. This is incredibly frustrating.
I had two-factor authentication enabled and have always been careful with my account. This appears to be a serious loophole in Meta’s security, and it needs to be addressed.
