So just recently I bought a Quest 3 from Target here in the US. After setting things up and everything is all good to go, I noticed on my account page under devices is says my device is not covered by an active warranty or the warranty expired. When you go further in, it says the warranty expired on December 31, 1969. Seems weird this would be occurring.
Also my friend had sent me a link for referral prior to purchasing my device and went through all that with the link, then went out and bought my device. When it didn't look like it was working, support had said there was no referral on my account and to try again. Trying again, it would no longer work as I was advised since the device is now active, the referral won't work, even though I did click on it prior to even going out and getting a device. Anyone else have a similar experience? Support is telling me they can't help me since its already activated, yet the link worked prior to purchasing the device, saying now go buy blah blah.
