I am experiencing issues with installing the app on my PC. I constantly get the following error: Cannot continue executing the code because ffmpeg.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program might fix the problem. I have tried all the following
Remove any Oculus folders from the following locations:
C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData
C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData\Local
C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData\LocalLow
C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData\Roaming
C:\OculusSetup-DownloadCache
I have the newest version of C++ Redistributable as well as defender disabled during installation. I also manually looked for this file in oculus folder and I can see that the file exists. But the app still won't run and display the exact same issue. And I did installed in administrator mode.
