Is it possible to pair 2 profiles to the same headset via individual Meta Horizons apps or is it only possible to pair one account (owner)? I have already paired my own profile between the app and the headset, but I am unable to pair the second profile (wife) on the headset via her own Horizon app. When trying to pair her account, the headset is found in her app but no pairing code prompts in the headset nor does the pairing code from headset settings work.

Currently not, but the update to v74 just started rolling out. It says this

Secondary users can now connect to the Meta Horizon mobile app. For Quest owners with multiple profiles on their headset, this means that the secondary profiles can take full advantage of mobile app features such as casting and viewing battery or controller status. This update is especially helpful for parents whose child or teen is a secondary user and they’d like to have their child cast to a mobile phone.

Thank you for pointing this out, @Choleni😊!! Just the answer I've been looking for. Even asked Meta support the EXACT same question which turned into a flood of useless mails with standard account creation guides and absolutely no answer to the actual question.
