Issues redeeming Quest 3 codes on the Oculus.com website

So whenever I get code from a giveaway or similar beta test codes from developers for Quest 3, the redeem code is a 25 letter and number code in this format XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

However, when pasting on the https://secure.oculus.com/redeem-code/ website, it only accepts this much XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-X

So basically the last 4 XXXX characters in the code will not paste and have to manually delete the - dashes in the code and enter the last 4 characters again before it accepts the code and I can redeem it without the - dashes..

Is anyone else having issues with this?  I've tried on multiple browsers and it does the same thing.

So the link https://secure.oculus.com/redeem-code/ is for gift card code redemptions, which I did not know myself till I tried to replicate your issue. 

I found that redeeming those promo codes which are 25 characters can be redeemed through the meta horizon mobile app.

To redeem a promo code on the Meta Horizon mobile app:

1. Open the Meta Horizon mobile app on your device.
2. Tap your avatar picture at the bottom.
3. Tap  ≡ in the top right
4. Swipe down and tap Redeem store code below Payment and subscriptions.
5. Enter the code and tap Submit.

Oh I don't really use the mobile app at all. I prefer using the PC/desktop/website.  

The 25 character promo codes still work on the PC website, I just have to go through the hassle of deleting the - dashes for it and typing all the remaining letters for it to accept the code.  So I was trying to report a bug and was not sure if this was the place to do it or not.

Ah I see, it is a bit of a hassle true. I personally don't use the PC/Website for code redemption often opting for the mobile app more!

It's good to know about these things as Meta Quest are always looking to improve aspects to user's experience!

OK but it's not a bug with the Meta Quest, though, but with the website itself.  The "How to report a bug on Meta Quest" is only for bugs for the divorce it apps themselves though, right?
