Issues returning a faulty controller - printed label not accepted...

I'm having some issues trying to get my new controller sent to me. I returned my broken controller (right hand) and Meta returned another left controller to me. I've been trying to return the incorrect controller again but every label I've been sent won't be accepted when scanned at the depo. I really want to sort this out asap so my kids can play again, can anyone offer help, it's been going on for weeks now.
