Issues with Guardian

Help me,

So basically when i turn on my meta quest 2, it only shows the past through and the guarding but it doesn't show the hub/option where i could press confirm.

I try to reboot and turning it off and off, but nothing its working. Its been doing this for weeks now

Hey @Eternal_Madness6! It's always discouraging when the guardian doesn't let you in to play, so we'd be glad to lend a hand! 

To get a bit more insight, could you answer the following:

  1. Could you provide a screenshot of any error messages received?
  2. Are you able to click any other options, or are you stuck on this one page?
  3. Have you tried cleaning the cameras?
  4. How about checking to ensure your lighting is not too dark or too bright?

Along with this, if you haven't already. We do recommend a factory reset if you've already attempted a reboot and are stuck on the same screen:

  1. Power off the headset.
  2. Hold the Power and Volume Down (-) button together until the menu loads.
  3. Use the Volume Buttons to highlight Factory Reset and press the Power Button. 
  4. Use the Volume Buttons to highlight Yes and press the Power Button.

I factory reset it, and it shows me to pull those tabs with the white controllers to active it. But the problem is that, I used the pro controllers. And it shows the pro controllers.

Can I do?
