this has happened in all my games ever sense the last meta update and i have reported it but nothing ever changes it has been months sense reporting and it has stayed the same im becoming more and more frustrated as the days go on please someone tell me how to fix it all my games have become unplayable. thank you for reading.
Thank you for responding so quickly, @mamapo.781122! Since you haven't tried a factory reset, we kindly ask that you give it a try and let us know if it improves. Please make sure that you have enabled cloud backup before performing the factory reset, and make sure that your device has sufficient battery. Thank you ahead of time for taking the time to do so!
